GrantStation’s Online Learning Academy Terms of Use
All content, materials, videos, handouts, and resources provided through GrantStation’s Online Learning Academy (the “Academy”) are the intellectual property of GrantStation and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
By accessing or using the Academy, you agree to the following:
1. Personal Use Only
Your subscription grants you two, non-transferable licenses within the same organization for personal and professional development purposes only. No more than two people may share login credentials.
All downloaded materials may be used for your own nonprofit organization’s internal purposes. Redistribution, resale, or inclusion of these materials in another publication or online platform is strictly prohibited.
2. No Distribution or Reproduction
You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Academy’s content, including but not limited to videos, handouts, templates, or course materials, without express written permission from GrantStation.
3. No Republishing or Derivative Works
You may not modify, adapt, repackage, or repurpose any content from the Academy for resale, publication, or inclusion in other training programs, courses, or resources.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Unauthorized use of your account may result in suspension or termination without refund. GrantStation will audit usage to monitor for use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property associated with the Academy remain the sole property of GrantStation.
6. Violation Consequences
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of fees paid, and potential legal action for damages or injunctive relief.
